| Shipping & Returns Product Return Policies and Procedures Please read the following carefully in its entirety. The policies and procedures outlined below contain important instructions and must be strictly followed to be eligible for either an exchange of product, store credit or a full refund. Notice of Cancellation We at Mid Atlantic Enterprises and our affiliates guarantee your customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied or the product is defective, contact us immediately stating that the product is being return along with your reason within 7 days. If the product is returned in the same condition that it was sent or defective from the manufacture, then we will either issue store credit, replace the item with the same or comparable product, or fully refund your money. We will immediately call you and give you a different address to send it to as well as return shipping label. Declined Credit Cards and Checks In the event a credit card is returned as “declined”, we will attempt to claim funds from your card up to two separate times before suspension occurs. Checks are accepted; however material will not be delivered until check clears. The purchaser is responsible to pay all returned check and/or bank fees, processing charges and past monthly fees. Checks that are non-negotiable, for any reason (insufficient funds, closed accounts, stop payments, etc.) are subject to immediate collection and prosecution to the full extent of the law, including all expenses involved in collection and will be subject to an additional fee if the account is forwarded to a third party collection agency.
